Program

Leading Others is a practical, three-day training built around the principles of the coaching style leadership. Spread over three days, with one training day each week, it allows you to apply new insights directly in your work. Before the program starts, you'll complete an assignment and a personal intake to align the training with your unique goals and challenges.

  • Strengthen your professional network and external relationships.
  • Learn self-management strategies to sustain long-term leadership success.
