Program

The program consists of 3 full-day deep-dive sessions. Each of them designed to give you the space and flexibility to address your unique challenges, either within the group or through one-on-one walks and talks. 


Session 1: Managing expectations

In this session, we'll dive into how to navigate the pressure of external and internal expectations while staying true to yourself.
Topics:

  • Staying true to yourself in high-pressure situations

  • How attachment styles influence your responses to expectations and relationships

  • Setting healthy boundaries and learning to say no


Session 2: Navigating change & transitions

This session will help you embrace and manage changes and transitions with resilience and confidence, ensuring you take care of yourself through challenging times.
Topics:

  • Building resilience and flexibility in times of transition

  • Understanding the emotional stages of change

  • Using transitions as opportunities for growth and leadership


Session 3: Dealing with difficult people 

Focus on strengthening your interpersonal skills for handling challenging situations while maintaining your authenticity.
Topics:

  • Managing conflicts with difficult people without losing your cool

  • Building assertiveness while maintaining empathy

  • Protecting your personal energy and boundaries in stressful interactions
