Not a fan of group settings? Or do you simply prefer individual coaching tailored to your specific needs? Whether it’s about personal effectiveness, career and/or purpose-related questions, or your role as a leader, I’m here to help.
I don’t coach from a formal office or an impersonal rented workspace. Instead, we meet at my kitchen table in the heart of The Hague. This is intentional, as I’ve found that a personal setting leads to different, more meaningful conversations. It helps us get to the heart of the matter faster. Plus, the coffee is better here.
What does a coaching process look like? I don’t know you or your question yet, so I have no idea what your process will look like. I don’t work with pre-designed packages or one-size-fits-all programs. You reach out with your question, and we’ll schedule a free introductory meeting. During this conversation, you can share whatever you feel is relevant about why you’re seeking coaching. Afterward, I’ll provide you with a tailored proposal. If I can’t give you a clear estimate upfront, we can work with a coaching subscription of 5 or 10 session hours. This allows your question to take shape as we go. The subscription has no expiration date, so you can return whenever you feel the need for a sparring partner.
