Leadership DNA is a 3-day immersive leadership training for emerging leaders, team leads, and managers who want to discover their natural leadership style and build authentic influence. Set in inspiring natural environments, this program helps you move beyond copying other leaders to developing a coaching approach that feels genuinely yours.

Through honest reflection, practical coaching exercises, and outdoor activities, you’ll uncover what drives you as a leader and learn to create trust and accountability in your own authentic way. You’ll leave with clarity about your leadership identity, renewed confidence, and practical skills to bring out the best in yourself and your team.

Program

Leadership DNA is for leaders who are tired of trying to fit into a leadership style that doesn’t feel natural. Whether you’re new to leadership or stepping into a bigger role, ]this program helps you discover and refine your authentic leadership approach.

This is a 3-day in-person offsite training in a peaceful, nature-based setting. It begins with a 2-day retreat, including an overnight stay, providing space to reflect, reset, and connect. Three weeks later, we come together for a third day to share experiences at work, deepen insights and translate them into practical applications. The training is highly interactive, personal and all-inclusive. You’ll join a small group of no more than 10 participants, ensuring close connection and meaningful exchange. You are encouraged to bring your own cases to make the learning experience as practical and valuable as possible.

Before the program begins, you’ll complete an innovative voice assessment that reveals your natural communication style, learning preferences and leadership strengths. This gives you a solid foundation to build on, so we can focus our time on your actual leadership challenges rather that generic theory.

You’ll leave with deep self-awareness about your authentic leadership DNA and a concrete action plan for applying your insights with your team.
