What makes this different from other personal leadership training programs? This personal leadership training is not focused on purely gaining self-awareness for the hell of it. We want to make sure you can take action and steer your life in the right direction. The program is open with lots of room to discuss, reflect and have time to digest insights and learning. The location provides the perfect condition to step back and slow down. 

Do I need leadership experience to join? No. This training is about personal leadership (leading yourself and taking charge of your own life), not leadership in the organisational sense (managing or leading others). It isn’t relevant whether you lead a team or not.

What if I can’t attend the follow-up day? It’s  required that you are available for all training days. 

Is accommodation included? Yes, the 2-day retreat includes overnight accommodation, meals, and all training materials.

Can I bring colleagues? Yes, of course! We do try to mix participants from different organizations to ensure diverse perspectives and honest dialogue.
