Connecting Authentically
‘Just be yourself’ intentionally
“Just be yourself.” It sounds so easy – until staying authentic means risking approval or influence. Building on your foundation program, this workshop tackles the core tension: we perform to protect ourselves, but lose real connection in the process. Understand your protective patterns and what they cost you. Learn to navigate conflicting loyalties without losing yourself. Practice communicating authentically when it’s uncomfortable. Using research from Gabor Maté, Brené Brown, and Amy Edmondson, you’ll break the cycle between protection and isolation. You leave understanding your patterns, with frameworks for authentic communication, and tools to lead from the middle without performing.
