Your Next Step
12 weeks. One goal. Your Next Step.
You feel the itch. Something needs to change in your career. Your Next Step is a 12-week career change programme. You leave with a clear career direction, a compelling personal story, a CV and LinkedIn profile that work, and a job search you’ve already started. 3 live training days, career coaching and online group sessions. A structured working programme. Maximum 10 participants and a focus on real results.
You’re done thinking about it, so let’s go!
Your Next Step is a 12-week career change programme that takes you from “I need to move” to actually moving.
In this programme you step back just long enough to figure out what you actually want. Then you build. Fast, deliberately, and with a small group of people doing exactly the same thing. Over 3 working days spread across 8 weeks, you design your next career move from the inside out: starting with what drives you, ending with a personal story that convinces, a CV built for 2026, a LinkedIn profile that works, and the confidence to walk into any interview.
From day one you are in motion: building, testing, and moving. Every session produces something you can use the same week. Your personal introduction, job search strategy, your networking approach. The gaps between days are where you take your work into the real world, collect feedback, and come back sharper. 12 weeks in total.
All editions take place at Little C in Rotterdam. The kind of place that tells you from the moment you walk in: we are building something here.
Program
Your Next Step runs across three full training days over eight weeks. No overnight stays. No back-to-back retreat. The structure is deliberate: each gap between days sends you into the real world with something to test, and each returning day builds on what actually happened.
Day 1 — Design Day (Week 1)
A full day dedicated to one question: what do you actually want? You explore the world of work through a career assessment and AI-guided research, map your values, design three concrete directions, and build the first draft of your personal story. You leave with a direction and a plan.
Day 2 — Explore Day (Week 4)
Three weeks later you return with real market experience. You choose one direction, sharpen your story, build your CV and LinkedIn profile, learn how to navigate the job market and develop your search and networking strategy.
Day 3 — Execute Day (Week 8)
Four weeks of active job searching later, you come back with real conversations, real reactions, and real questions. Day 3 is where everything gets sharpened: preparing for interviews, negotiation, and a personal timeline for what comes next.
Built into the programme:
✓ An accountability partner from Day 1 with a weekly check-in to keep you moving
✓ A personal 1-on-1 coaching call in Week 6, timed exactly when you need it most
✓ An online follow-up session in weeks 9 –12 and a final online group session when the programme closes after 12 weeks

Practical stuff
No prior knowledge, specific background, or experience in career development is required.
What is required: a genuine willingness to work at the question of what comes next. The programme starts with a written pre-assignment and a career assessment (both completed at home before Day 1). Participants who do the preparation get significantly more out of the programme. An intake call takes place before the start of each edition to ensure the programme is the right fit for each participant.

Is this training for me?
Your Next Step is designed for professionals who feel that something needs to change in their career, but haven’t yet figured out what, or how. You are done thinking about it. You are ready to do something about it.
This programme is the right fit if:
✓ You feel stuck, underchallenged, or simply ready for something new
✓ You want to move but don’t yet know in which direction
✓ You want concrete deliverables, not just insight or clarity
✓ You are open to direct feedback from a small, diverse group of peers
✓ You are willing to go to market between sessions and bring back real experiences
✓ You are an international professional living and working in the Netherlands
Less suited if:
✓ You are not willing or able to have career conversations in between training days (for instance because you don’t want anyone to know you are considering a move)
✓ You are in an acute redundancy situation that requires legal or financial advice first

FAQ
What makes this different from regular career coaching?
This isn’t one-on-one coaching and it isn’t a CV workshop. It’s a structured eight-week design-and-action process where you discover what you want, translate that into tools and story, and then actually practise. On camera, with feedback, with a group that knows your story. You leave with work you can use, not just insight.
Do I need to know what I want before I start?
No, that’s exactly what Day 1 is for. But you do need to come prepared. The pre-work isn’t optional homework. It’s the foundation that makes Day 1 actually deliver.
What is an accountability partner?
On Day 1 you’re paired with a fellow participant. You check in weekly for 15 minutes between training days. For advice, listening, asking questions, and keeping each other moving. Simple but effective.
What happens in the coaching call in between?
A 60-minute individual conversation in week 6, when you’re already actively in the market and have real questions.
Is accommodation included?
No. This programme runs across three separate working days at a creative design location. Accommodation is not included.
What if I can’t make one of the days?
All three training days are required. The programme builds on itself. Each day starts where the previous one ended.
Can I combine this with individual coaching?
Yes. Want to continue on a tailored basis after the programme? Individual coaching is available. Get in touch to explore the options.
