Your Next Step
A focused 3-day programme for professionals who know something needs to change in their career and are ready to actually do something about it.
Practical, honest, and action-driven.
You’ve felt it for a while. The work still gets done, but the energy behind it is gone. Or you want more — more satisfaction, more challenge, a different direction. You already know something needs to change. The question is: what exactly, and how?
This programme helps you figure that out — and build what comes next. No endless processing. No vague realisations. You’ll leave with a direction that actually fits, a story that convinces, and the practical skills to go to market with confidence.
This program does something different…
This 3-day programme combines an inspiring creative location, a small group, and personal coaching to help you:
- Go from ‘I want something different’ to one concrete direction you’ll pursue seriously
- Build a personal story, a CV, and a LinkedIn profile that work in 2026
- Develop a search strategy: where to find opportunities, how to approach the market
- Practise job interviews — until they actually feel natural
- Negotiate for what you’re worth
- Know how to maintain momentum when the search takes longer than expected
The creative location sets the tone from the moment you arrive: you’re here to build, not to wait. The small group (maximum 8 participants) creates real conversations and specific feedback. And an accountability partner keeps you moving between sessions. This is more than a training — it’s a structured eight-week design-and-action process.

I rank the Personal Leadership training as the most surprising I’ve had in my professional career. It was smart, fun and packed with activities. There is time to discuss, reflect, walk and we were presented with effective strategies to improve.
It’s the way learning is mixed outside activities, fun, self reflection, unexpected twists and very practical tools that makes it special.
This training helps you to reflect and prioritise on what’s important to you. It’s interactive throughout the program.
Why it works
Action, not just insight
Every part of the programme is designed so you make something, test something, or practise something. No abstract theory. You leave each day with work you can use the next day.
The sequence is right
First: clarity on what you want. Then: CV, story, strategy. A story built on real self-knowledge lands differently than one assembled from a template.
Small group, specific feedback
Eight participants maximum. By Day 3, everyone knows your story, your directions, and your sticking points. What you get back is precise, not generic.
The gaps between days do real work
Between the days you go into the world and test what you’ve built. Your accountability partner keeps you moving. You come back with real experiences — Days 2 and 3 are only as good as those experiences.
A programme that keeps working
The follow-up session six to eight weeks after Day 3 closes the circle. You see what others have achieved, discuss what’s still in progress, and take concrete lessons into the next phase.
Is this training for me?
This programme is for you if:
- You feel the itch — something needs to change — but haven’t yet figured out what
- You’re ready to do the actual work, not just think about it
- You want concrete outcomes to take away, not just clarity
- You’re open to direct feedback from a small group of like-minded professionals
- You’re willing to go to market between sessions and come back with real experiences
Less suited if:
- You already know exactly what you want and just need execution help
- You’re in an acute redundancy situation requiring legal or financial advice first
No prior knowledge required. Just a genuine willingness to build.

FAQ
What makes this different from regular career coaching?
This isn’t one-on-one coaching and it isn’t a CV workshop. It’s a structured eight-week design-and-action process where you discover what you want, translate that into tools and story, and then actually practise — on camera, with feedback, with a group that knows your story. You leave with work you can use, not just insight.
Do I need to know what I want before I start?
No — that’s exactly what Day 1 is for. But you do need to come prepared. The pre-work isn’t optional homework — it’s the foundation that makes Day 1 actually deliver.
What is an accountability partner?
On Day 1 you’re paired with a fellow participant. You check in weekly for 15 minutes between training days. No advice — just listening, asking questions, and keeping each other moving. Simple but effective.
What happens in the coaching call in between?
A 60-minute individual conversation in week 6, when you’re already actively in the market and have real questions. For most participants, the most valuable hour of the programme.
Is accommodation included?
No. This programme runs across three separate working days at a creative design location. Accommodation is not included.
What if I can’t make one of the days?
All three training days are required. The programme builds on itself — each day starts where the previous one ended.
Can I combine this with individual coaching?
Yes. Want to continue on a tailored basis after the programme? Individual coaching is available. Get in touch to explore the options.
